About Joost

Joost Vunderink

My name is Joost Vunderink, and over the past 25 years I've worked on software at startups and multinationals like AkzoNobel. I spent 10 of those years at XS4ALL, where I learned how to keep complex systems simple and reliable.

My background in physics (I graduated from VU Amsterdam) has taught me to approach problems systematically. I'm also a three-time Dutch bridge champion.

What drives me is helping teams and entrepreneurs become better at what they do, not through complicated methodologies but with clear, workable solutions.
