In this training you'll learn everything around programming. The training consists of 6 online sessions of 2 hours, in a group of 8-20 developers. Each session focuses on one essential theme. Everything you learn can be applied directly in your work.

About the trainer
My name is Joost Vunderink and I have more than 25 years of experience in software development and team coaching. During that time, I've seen what distinguishes the best developers, and it's rarely pure technical knowledge. This training bundles all those insights into something practical, concrete, and directly applicable.
Is the training in English?
Yes, unless all participants speak Dutch fluently and agree to have the training in Dutch.
Is there homework for the training?
Absolutely. The training only works if you as a participant actually apply the knowledge gained. Therefore, at the end of the first five sessions there is an assignment to apply, which will be discussed in the next session.
Do we learn anything about programming?
No, nothing at all. Not about architecture or devops either.
What's different about this training?
The focus is not on more information, but on implementation. Not on tips and tricks, but on fundamental concepts.
What will I gain from this training?
If you apply the learned skills and tools, you can strongly differentiate yourself from other developers and thereby accelerate your career.
What happens when the training is finished?
